As a Certified Hypnobabies Instructor, I have completed coursework in childbirth education and hypnosis technique. I have taught Hypnobabies since 2004 in Maine and Washington. I have a BA in Sociology from Jacksonville University and a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Although I have taught a variety of subjects, Hypnobabies is the most personal for me. After a challenging first birth, I studied childbirth hypnosis for my next pregnancy.
